He understands the local market like no other agent I’ve worked with, and as a local resident is able to bring a wealth of understanding of the surrounding area to his work. He takes a refreshing personal approach to what can be a cold and sterile business.

When the time came to sell my house I wanted to work with someone who deserved my business, someone with local knowledge yet a broad understanding of and passion for the property market, and most of all someone who would invest their time with me and my property and make the process of selling as straight forward as possible. Having seen that Tom had recently sold a neighbouring property I contacted him regarding my sale and was instantly struck by his professional and personal approach. Tom is a brilliant communicator, he really listens and processes what he hears quickly, making engaging with him extremely productive. He took the time to understand my motivation to sell and worked directly with me to plan a schedule that worked for me. He managed the entire process with the greatest respect to both me and my property throughout and in an unsettled market succeeded in achieving a super efficient and personable sale. Based on my experience, I have already recommended Tom to friends and associates looking to sell or buy property and would very enthusiastically recommend Tom to anyone else considering selling their property/home.

They gave us great quality early stage advice which then helped us determine which parts of the house needed upgrading before putting on the market. After a few weeks of work from us, they then arranged the spaces to look amazing for the photos. They put the property out on the market in many directions, garnered a lot of interest for a single day of back-to-back viewings to keep the interest high. We ended the day with two offers. After some back and forth by the guys, we had offer accepted a couple of days later. During the conveyancing process, they were quick to respond and stayed on-it helping to make sure both buyer and seller were not getting stuck of frustrated. Then on the final day, they were there to facilitate keys and make sure everything was running smoothly. A note on fees, they charge a bit more than average, but I think we got that back in both the stress free sale process and the final purchase price. We will be working with them again.
